Paweł Pluciński

In 2016 Pawel co-founded Double Check Sp z.o.o – a newly created media auditing company in the Polish market.  From 2009, whilst working for Havas Media, he created the TV Planning and Buying Unit, a unique division focussed on TV planning and buying as well as associated negotiations.  Following this, as a Trading Director, Pawel managed Middle Office, a team of 70 people which was responsible for all media planning and buying for the group agencies: Havas Media, Havas Digital, Arena Media and Havas Sports & Entertainment.  He also managed multiple diversified services units:  Ecselis (performance), Mobext (mobile), Affiperf (programmatic/RTB) and Artemis (data analytics).  Prior to 2009, Pawel managed the TVP sales team whilst simultaneously acting as the TVP Ad Inventory Manager in charge of TVP’s pricing.  Pawel started his media career in the newly created Sales Office of TV Polsat where he ran the key accounts team of the station.

Achievements

  • Successful team building focussing on expert planning, buying and implementation of TV campaigns within Polsat, TVP and Havas Media
  • Successful implemetation of Middle Office, a pioneer project within Havas Media, with full delivery of the KPIs of the project including profitability, cost structure and employee satisfaction
  • Securing revenues which allowed for increased bottom line profits despite a decreased or flat top line of the agency concerned.
