Jacek Dzięcielak

In 2016 Jacek co-founded Double Check Sp. z o.o. – A newly created media auditing company in the Polish market.  Prior to this, from 2014 he worked as the first CEO of Media Impact Polska (Ringier Axel Springer Company) and was a member of the board of directors of Grupa Onet.pl SA.

From 2003 to 2013, Jacek was CEO of Havas Media Group Poland and CEO of Havas Media Sp. z o.o. (formerly MPG) which he joined after he had been managing the newly created digitial media agency Havas Digital (formerly Media Contacts) as Managing Director.  Jacek has worked in marketing since 2006 and also held the positions of Marketing Manager and Marketing Director in Arctic Paper SA and later Cezex Sp. z o.o..


  • Reaching a major market position with the newly created Havas Digital within 18 months of start-up
  • Transforming Havas Media from a marginal company in the Polish media market into a major player in the media scene
  • Merging the two sales organisations of Ringier Axel Springer Polska Sp. z o.o and Grupa Onet.pl SA (450 people) into one entity and creating synergy in the areas of organisation, competences and sales results.

Paweł Pluciński – COO Double Check Sp. z o.o.

Paweł Pluciński

In 2016 Pawel co-founded Double Check Sp z.o.o – a newly created media auditing company in the Polish market.  From 2009, whilst working for Havas Media, he created the TV Planning and Buying Unit, a unique division focussed on TV planning and buying as well as associated negotiations.  Following this, as a Trading Director, Pawel managed Middle Office, a team of 70 people which was responsible for all media planning and buying for the group agencies: Havas Media, Havas Digital, Arena Media and Havas Sports & Entertainment.  He also managed multiple diversified services units:  Ecselis (performance), Mobext (mobile), Affiperf (programmatic/RTB) and Artemis (data analytics).  Prior to 2009, Pawel managed the TVP sales team whilst simultaneously acting as the TVP Ad Inventory Manager in charge of TVP’s pricing.  Pawel started his media career in the newly created Sales Office of TV Polsat where he ran the key accounts team of the station.


  • Successful team building focussing on expert planning, buying and implementation of TV campaigns within Polsat, TVP and Havas Media
  • Successful implemetation of Middle Office, a pioneer project within Havas Media, with full delivery of the KPIs of the project including profitability, cost structure and employee satisfaction
  • Securing revenues which allowed for increased bottom line profits despite a decreased or flat top line of the agency concerned.
