Contract delivery audit

A contract delivery audit is aimed at confirming that all agency obligations that have been specified in a contract have been delivered.  The audit pays special attention to confirming the following:  that any prices used in charging the client reflect the contract prices, confirming that any other financial charges agreed in the contract are equal to what has been stated in the contract, confirming that all services defined in the contract have been delivered, that the variable fee (if applicable) is correct in value as well as many other parameters.
